The romans in Britain.


The romans come to Britain nearly 2000 years ago and changed their country. We can see in the ruins of Roman buildings, forts, roads, and bath can be found all ove Britain. Romulus was the founder of Rome. He desided to build a town when he was young. He name his town Rome. The Roman general, Emperor Julius Caesar invaded Britain three times. The Romans leave Britain because their homes in Italy were being attacked by fierce tribes and every soldier was needed. The Roman Empire was important because the Romans, even today, play an important part in our lives. Many of the things we do or have organited from the Romans.
The Romans gave us the language, the calendar, the laws and a legal system, the census. The Romans lived in Rome, a city in the centre of the country of Italy. The first Roman city was Camulodunum also called Colonia Vitricencis, we know it by the name of Colchester.
Romulus was the founder of Rome, Romulus and his twin brother Remus were the sons of the God Mars.
Emperador Claudius organised the final and sucessful Roman invasion of Britain. The Romans called London “Londinium”.
The River Thames was quick way to transport goods between Britain and the Continent. The Romans saw this and built the town of “Londinium” around the river's main crossing point.

The day of peace on school

In the elementary school  CPI Castro Baxoi students and childrenhave dedicated a dance to the great day of peace. And the ESO made ​​a thousand paper cranes to honor Sadako Sasaki to fulfill the desire of peace. The school the next day came in the preriódico. Although it only lasted a moment Petio school. was a unique celebration.The party was small but very fun, never forget.

SADAKO SASAKI


When the bomb fell on Hiroshima , Sadako Sasaki was two years old .When Sadako Sasaki was twelve year , she ill the leucemia, by irradation of the bomb. When she was in a hospital she began to make paper crane , because as a japonese leyend , the persons make on hundred cranes , her wish will come true . Sadako make cranes paper but she Couldn’t one thousand cranes before she dies , her friends and familia , befores her died , began make cranes paper , and they did over a thousand paper cranes. Three year later , the people of Hiroshima dedícatd a estatue to Sadako in the Park of the Peace.
On August 6th came a LOT of paper cranes of Hiroshima.

In my school we celebrate the day of peace with prymary and did photos and the newspaper publish ,was very beatifoul.
We did 1000 cranes of papel  after did burn.A leyend say you do 1000 cranes recover your illness.
A girl chinese died before of did 1000 cranes because was ill but yours friends end the cranes and now were in a museum.

IN MY SCHOOL.....

The day of the peace is ? 30' of january. in my school we celebrate it at the great. We do the word peace in great with the childrens of primary school. This year we do more than 1500 paper cranes.This Japanaise tradition dates back at the year 1945. Une girl called Sadako Sasaki start to do 1000 cranes for surviving the disaster. He died a little time after. When he died her friends finish doing the 1000 cranes and this cranes are exposed in the museum of Hiroshima.
